His plays explore themes such as coming-of-age, political and social issues, the complexity of relationships and the quest for identity in an increasingly confusing and complex world. When working with young people, Aldo is passionate about helping artists discover their identity as theatre makers and to use theatre as a means for communicating ideas, perspectives, questions and stories to audiences. His approach inspires student and artist agency, teacher ingenuity, disciplined collaboration and inclusivity.
